Your punctuality is greatly appreciated to assure timely service to all of our clients.
Should a cancellation be necessary, we require 24-hour advance notice. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations. Otherwise, we regret we must charge for the scheduled services.
All “no shows” are charged 50% of the service cost. Thank you.
