Our Take on The Rich and Famous Hairstyles of This Year’s Golden Globes Red Carpet Walk

If there’s one thing the Internet has made grander, it’s the big life events, like the screaming we all do in front of our televisions during live events like the Golden Globe Awards. Twitter, Facebook, Chats. It’s all done from our collective living room and we all share it. So in the spirit of that sharing, and knowing we all talked about it in secret, let’s take a look at the hairstyles of this astounding event.

From Sienna Miller to Jennifer Aniston here’s my take on 7 of the best hairstyles at the Golden Globe red carpet this years.

1. Sienna Miller

Sienna Miller was one of our favorite. The young American film star, raised in the UK, now living in New York, and known for her roles in Casanova, Factory Girl and Interview carried a wavy, cute bob with a steep side parting. This was a look that drastically changed her overall cute American girl look, giving her a more contemporary, urban hairstyle that everyone will surely imitate.

2. Katie Holmes

Katie Holmes, was surprising. Can you believe she showed up in a designer dress and a pony tail? Well, more girl power to those tails. Personally I think she should have glammed it up a bit. But still I have to give credit. It was a fabulous good ole pony tail.

3. Emily Blunt

One of the neatest braids of the night was that carried by Emily Blunt. This wasn’t the neatest braid but a slightly disheveled fishtail. The curly tendrils offered a bit of romanticism to her Michael Kors gown.

4. Emma Stone

A look I absolutely adored was that of Emma Stone, If you like the no fuss, no muss look then Emma Stone’s was the style of the night, and one we will be seeing in the salon often. This is an easy wavy cut that works for day or for night life.

5. Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston offered a total change to her otherwise natural style by wearing her hair in a sweet updo. It looks like it took her stylist a while to get this style. Thumbs up to Jennifer for trying something new.

6. Keira Knightley

Accessorize, accessorize we say for those special night on the town atuendos, and that’s exactly what Keira Knightley did with a cool back diamond feather. Imagine what this little accessory put her out. Diane Kruger inspired red carpet goers with her back to the 20s style. This cool hairstyle certainly reminds us of the glamorous movies – and the events that go with them.

7. Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney took on the critics with a gorgeous long hair tousled look that is sure to have George smitten for several days on end.

With the world’s best hairstyles and some of the most creative souls in hair on speed dial, wouldn’t you feel confident in letting your hair be experimented with. Well, whether for everyday use, or a special styling for this event Jennifer Aniston, Shailene Woodley and Kristen Stewart, I’re not shy of a big hair transformation for the night. And instead of experimenting, I’ll match it to your face and style.
