Wildest Punk Styles – Oklahoma City Salons

Punk is a look that continues to thrive as a underground look that’s full of potential. If you want to be creative with your hair, punk is definitely the way to go. The only rule that defines this look is that there are no rules: Be creative! The wildest punk hair is a work of art. In order to put together a look that truly unique, you’ll need to think outside of the box and know the basic elements used to create punk styles.

Of course, there’s creativity and then there’s chaos. In order to strike a balance between these two poles, you’ll need to think about your hair type, your face, and how you can use punk to express yourself while simultaneously flattering your features (unless your goal is to do the opposite). If you’re trying to create the look of chaos, punk is definitely the right medium for that, but if you’re hoping to end up with any sense of order or logic to your hair, you’ll need to think ahead and then talk with your stylist about the look you’re hoping to create.

Shaved hair, wild colors, dreadlocks, and corn rows can all be incorporated into the punk look with enough creativity and the spirit of innovation. Keep in mind, though, that some of these punk elements require upkeep and maintenance. You may need to work hard to manage a wild punk style. If you’re willing to do the work, then by all means, put together something truly remarkable. Make your hair into a work of art.

The wildest punk styles are a combination of different elements such as shaving and dreadlocks. Hair extensions can add a lot to a punk style, especially if your hair is currently really short and you’re hoping to grow all of it or portions of it out. Though you may have thought of dreadlocks or beads and feathers, you may not have thought about them in the context of punk hair. Dreads and carefully chosen permanent hair accessories can give your style a unique edge. Shaved hair that has been carefully formed into geometric shapes under longer locks can give you a striking look when you pull your long hair back or spike it up.

If you’re going for Shock Factor, think of your hair in terms of different styles that you could do. Utilize long, dramatic spikes, shaved areas of the head, and creatively inspired elements like dreadlocks or even cornrows to make each style surprising. Use hair color to further enhance the various styles that you plan to do with your hair. The wildest punk styles have been strategically planned with care and collaboration with a skilled stylist familiar with punk hair.

Hair Straightening Myths and Facts – Oklahoma City Stylist

Do you wish for long, silky smooth locks that don’t get frizzy under any condition?  If this is the case, then hair straightening might be right for you. Still,  there are a lot of myths out there about what hair straightening can and cannot do. Before deciding on whether you want your hair straightened or not, consider the following truths about hair straightening treatments.

Portrait of girl with straight, blonde hair
Portrait of girl with straight, blonde hair (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

One sure-fire way to get straight hair is by getting thermal Reconditioning. This treatment, also known as Japanese straightening, is good for wavy or moderately curly hair, however, kinky curls don’t respond well to this type of hair straightening treatment. If you decide to give this process a try, your stylist will use a chemical solution that reshapes  each hair strand.  Once your stylist removes the chemical after a certain amount of time, he will flat-iron it so it becomes completely straight.

He or she will then use a neutralizer  to prevent your hair from getting curly again.  The entire process can sometimes take up to eight  hours, and there may be an additional three to four hours of touch-up work.  For three days following the treatment you need to keep your hair in its straight state. You should even avoid pony-tails  during this time as they could create a kink in your hair. The great news when using this type of treatment is that your hair will be very straight and very shiny. The disadvantage is that you can’t  curl your hair at all once the treatment is complete and the process can cost between $500 and $1500.

If you have really tight and coarse curls, a relaxer may be the best choice for you. A relaxer utilizes a chemical solution that changes the shape of the hair. This form of treatment is a lot less time consuming and much more affordable. The chemical solution is only left on your hair for about 20 minutes, and then neutralized. Besides, this process  only costs from between $50 to $250.

Whether you go all out and do thermal reconditioning or simply use a relaxer, you need to remember that you’ll either have to do maintenance on your hair or deal with a grow-out period. During the grow-out period, your new hair will still be curly while the treated hair will be straight. It’s important that you have a plan in place to deal with outgrowth. Talk with your stylist about how to maintain your new straight look, or talk about new hair styles that ook good as you wait for your hair to grow out.

Age-Defying Hair for Women Over 50

One of the keys to maintaining a look of youthful radiance is embracing your age with confidence. It’s true that 30-somethings may be able to get away with certain hair styles that would look inappropriate on a 40-something woman. As you move into the 50-something age bracket, it’s important to know what styles will flatter you as well. Getting a hair cut that would look good on a teenage girl isn’t a good approach for an older woman who is hoping to look alive and youthful. Rather, your hair style should demonstrate confidence in yourself at any age and not an attempt to cover anything up. When it comes to hair, you need to work with your age, and not against it.

Every woman is different and sometimes, the hair style and color that has worked for many years will continue to work for you, with a few minor updates. Whereas bright red hair color may have looked awesome in your younger years, a more subtle hair color that will cover gray while flattering your complexion would be ideal. Though it’s still entirely acceptable to express yourself through your hair as an older woman, it’s important to take care of your hair and make sure the color will look good with your skin tone and effectively cover the gray. It’s best to visit your stylist to find out what colors are fashionable for 50-somethings and which of them would look best on you.

A hair style that has flattered your face for decades may need some minor changes in order to continue to look good into your fifties. Talk with your stylist about how your current hair cut can be altered to give you a more youthful appearance. Usually, long, straight hair without layers is off-limits for over 50’s women, but with layering, long hair can still yield an attractive look. Hair that is shoulder-length may be a better choice for women who don’t want to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror each day. A few shorter layers in shoulder-length hair can finish off the look by highlighting your best features.

Shorter hair styles that frame the face are also a good choice. Women in their 50’s can soften their features through hair styles that include bangs and fringes around the face. Shorter, age-appropriate hair cuts that frame the face but still promote a voluminous look are hip and yet they don’t give off the vibe that the woman is trying to look younger than she is. Choosing a softer, less bold hair color along with a cut that is feminine and not too edgy appeals to most middle-aged women and this can make all the difference in the final results. A hair style that exudes confidence in your individuality is always the best choice, no matter what your age.

2013 Hair Color for Men

Men and women differ substantially in terms of the way they view and use hair color to achieve a particular look. Though currently, more men today are in fact dyeing their hair, their goals in doing so are quite a bit different from their female counterparts. Most hair color for men today is sought out by forth to sixty year old males who are hoping to keep a youthful appearance up. However, younger boys can pull off some trendier hair color schemes as long as they talk with a stylist to get the right look.

Richard Gere

While women can do some wild color changes to their hair, men are advised to be more conservative about dyeing. Most experts advise sticking close to the natural hair color. Men should generally choose from colors that are within two shades, otherwise they might get poor results. Super-dark hair color can look inky like shoe polish while hair that’s been lightened too much may look embarrassingly brassy. Ashen tones are a must for males because they offer a more rugged, masculine appearance. At any age, men who follow these rules can achieve a believable appearance rather than one that looks downright ridiculous.

For aging men, finding the right hair color can start with a dialogue with a stylist. Again, ash tones are your best bet. Because men produce less pigment for their hair as they age, the ashen tones can actually take years off the clock. Men who are smart enough to talk with a stylist to choose the perfect color are more likely to walk away with a convincing look that can turn back time.

The texture of a man’s hair differs from women’s as well and believe it or not, this can impact the way that hair color looks once the project is complete. Matte colors can make a man’s hair look too dense. Choosing a color that doesn’t penetrate as deeply into the hair may look more natural and fade over time rather than leaving embarrassing roots to contend with. Your stylist will be able to guide you in making the best choice as far as the type of hair dye that would give you the most attractive look.

There are a variety of trend hair color options available for short as well as long hair in men. A conversation with a qualified stylist is a good idea for young men who are hoping for a radical change. Boxed hair colors at the grocery store are unlikely to yield results that will look natural or attractive for that matter. Even for simple highlights, men should talk with someone who is knowledgeable on the latest trends. Better safe than sorry if you’re hoping for an eye-catching look that’s handsome rather than ridiculous.

Cool Prom Hair Styles for Long Hair – Oklahoma Hairstylist

With prom season in full swing, young ladies everywhere are trying to find cool hairstyles for prom that are glamorous and sophisticated, yet trendy. Long hair can be especially challenging to work with at prom because there’s so much of it and the options are literally unlimited. Prom-goers can do an upsweep, leave their hair down, or tie it back behind the head. Perhaps the most important thing that girls can do to get the perfect prom-look is try a hairstyle that’s different from what they normally wear. Giving some thought to the prom dress and how the hair will look as part of a whole package is, however, also important.

Hairstyle
Hairstyle (Photo credit: yago1.com)

One popular style for long hair involves soft waves that are gently swept back behind the head. Taylor Swift has been seen sporting this sort of do. It’s a great hairstyle for prom because if the locks become too loose, the hair can be let down and it will still look great. For nights that involve dancing and some action, a hairstyle that has some versatility might be the best choice. Planning ahead to keep the hair up during a pre-prom meal and then taking it down for the dance can work well to keep locks looking fresh throughout the evening.

To create soft waves, use a large-barrel and a small barrel curling iron. By making both big and small waves, the hair will look more natural. After all of the locks have been curled, sweep the hair to the back of the head in a loose bun, securing it with bobbing pins or clips. Use hairspray that will allow some movement to the hair. It should be possible to run your fingers through the hair after it’s taken down out of the bun for the rest of the night.

Another popular do is the messy pony tail. This look is particularly trendy and as long as it looks as though “you meant for it to be that way,” it will accomplish the final goal of sophistication coupled with trendiness. The key to a messy pony tail is to work with what you’ve already got. Girls with straight hair can pull the hair up, leaving some strands sticking out in a fan. Girls with slightly wavy hair can sweep the hair up in a similarly stylized pony tail with lots of strands left hanging down around the face.

A messy pony tail should be secured with a rubber band and then hidden using a strand of hair wrapped around it. Using a texturizing cream on wavy hair can give it a messier look (which is desirable). A high-powered hair spray should be used on stick-straight hair once you get it into place. This hair style is best done without the use of a curling iron. As the night wears on, this hair style will only look better and better.

The Pompadour and Quiff

For connoisseurs of retro hair styles, the summer of 2013 has a lot to offer. Both men and women should get ready for “big” hair in the form of both the pompadour and the quiff. These are unisex hairstyles that have been gaining in popularity and making a gigantic comeback. Modifications of these hairstyles allow salon-goers to assert their own unique personalities while still embracing history and hitting the trends head-on.

Related distantly to the Mohawk, a quiff is a hair style that incorporates elements of a pompadour do and a 1950’s flat-top into one unique look. The style was popular in the 1980’s in Europe and it seems to make sense that it would have resurgence of popularity while the fashion trends are currently walking the perimeter around 1980’s clothing styles. A variety of different types of quiffs can be can be successfully sculpted and the style is appropriate for both males and females.

The pompadour, is another style that has unisexual appeal, though variations of it have been developed specifically for men and women. The hair is cut especially so that it can be swept up off the face and worn up high above the forehead. Sometimes, the hair can also be swept upwards around the side of the face and the back of the head also.

Unlike the quiff, which enjoyed popularity primarily in the 20th century, the pompadour was born during the 18th century, with a major revival in the 1890’s. Among women, the pompadour enjoyed popularity on and off until the 1930’s and 1940’s. Elvis Presley elevated the popularity of the pompadour among men in the 1950’s, but since that time, the hair style has been less visible. Today, however, more and more men and women are bringing the pompadour back into the public eye.

Both long and short hair can be worn in a quiff or a pompadour with a little creativity and styling products. By putting long hair up into a pony tail, hair can be given volume on top of the head to the height necessary for a respectable pompadour. The look can be formal and impressive when styled with care. It can also look risky and rebellious when the style is done with less conventionality.

Combined with attention-getting hair colors that have modernized the quiff and the pompadour, many men and women are enjoying the eye-catching appeal of these hair styles. Female celebrities such as Miley Cyrus have gotten a lot of attention for their cutting-edge style. The variations that are possible with the quiff and the pompadour are appealing to a lot of style-conscious people who like to keep with the trends while maintaining some creative flexibility with their hair

Side Sweeps Get Sexy – OKC Hairdresser

The 1980’s are making a comeback in a big way. People everywhere are donning 1980’s inspired clothes as well as hairstyles. Thankfully, not all of the hairstyles of yesteryear have made an appearance yet, at least not with the same flamboyance, but women especially are going back to 80’s-inspired side sweeps with great success. Surprisingly, there are a variety of different ways to pull this style off such that it could be appropriate for just about any setting. Celebrities have been out and about showing off the various ways in which the side sweep can be put to use.
Scarlett Johansson has demonstrated the virtues of the side sweep with short hair. Her bleach blonde locks with a slight wave looks sexy and yet sophisticated with an evening gown. On a regular day, this sort of look would look sexy and yet serious with a business suit as well. It just goes to show that even women with short hair can be creative and get o board with the trends if they set their minds to it.

Cher Lloyd has also been observed sporting a side sweep. Her hair is considerably longer than Scarlett Johansson’s, but the look still looks great on her. It looks a bit like a side pony tail, but it has a more sultry appearance as the hair isn’t held tightly in place. Her hair is rather curly and the side sweep is attention-grabbing while still framing out her face.

The side sweep sometimes looks a lot like a side pony tail, except that the hair is kept down, mostly just to add some interest to the look. A side sweep is sexy and somewhat surprising. It can be worn by women who have super straight hair as well as those who have a prolific number of curls. Long hair or short hair can be pulled off to the side to create this asymmetric appearance that catches the eye.

To do it right, a side sweep should make use of some styling products like mousse or volumizing hair spray. You’ll need to use the products to keep the hair in place. It’s important that the dreads are smooth and that the hair looks as though it’s held solidly in place. Most women have to use bobby pins to get the full effect. Pins that are the same color as the hair are easiest to hide. They’re an absolute necessity for women with medium to short hair who want to do a side sweep because they don’t have the weight of the hair to keep the locks held in place on the other side of the head. Women with long hair can pull their dreads over the shoulder to the side to help keep things in place.

Hair Styling 101 for Guys – OKC Hair Stylist

Okay, guys it’s time you took a long, hard look in the mirror. Have you been working that same haircut since you’ve been in high school? Don’t worry! Most guys have the tendency to get stuck in a rut. “Hey, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it right?” Here’s the thing though. If you’ve sported that same haircut for a full decade, well, then it is “broke” and it’s time to change the hair style. This is fairly easy and a very inexpensive way to change your style, appear younger, and get that modern good looking style.

A photo of the Skullet haircut, a variation of...

Besides, the haircut you’ve been using for the last 10 years, may not even be flattering to your face. Sure, it may have been in style 10 years ago, but your facial features change and so does fashion. As you mature, a flattering haircut can help you look younger – even if you aren’t. So how do you go about it? Well the following four tips can help you get that stylish look you really need.

1.  Get Motivated

You might think that the conventional Oklahoman buzz cut makes you look manly… But in reality, it just makes you look outdated. Just because you get a modern hair style doesn’t make you any less of a manly Oklahoman. To the contrary, and up-to-date style makes you look professional, clean-cut and ready for anything. You need to eliminate your fear of change. Yeah, I know, all Oklahomans are fearless. We can shoot, hunt, sky dive and rustle up those cattle, but when it comes to getting a haircut, well, let’s just say most of us just wimp out. Just remember – a haircut isn’t a life-threatening experience. Guys visiting a hairstyling salon is now the norm. And if you don’t like the new hairstyle, your hair will always grow back, so this isn’t something you should be worried about.

2. Get Prepared

Before going in to your hairstylists and asking for a change, let your hair grow out just a little. No, I don’t mean it’s time to go back to the hippie era. This means just let it grow out about a half inch to an inch more than you normally would. This gives your hairstylist a little something extra to work with.

3. Find a Style You Like

Look through pictures and magazines to find a style that might work for you. Ask your friends, your girlfriend or your best friend to give you their opinion. Remember, I haircut can really enhance your facial features and outplayed those that you don’t like. So opinions are important. Cut out those pictures that you like,  so you can take them to your hairstylist and ask for his or her opinion.

4. Your Hairstylist Is That Expert

Remember your stylist has been doing this for while, and he or she is trained to know why the haircut best flatter certain facial features. The stylist (although he always asks you what you want) is usually the person with the most experience in this area, and can usually make the best recommendation based on your hair growth pattern and hair type. That is after all why your stylist went to school – so take advantage of this training.

Conclusion

One of the hardest parts about getting a new hairstyle for guys, is learning how to style it. So, if you’re not great at hair maintenance person, ask for simple style. Remember, you can always ask for styling tips and techniques too. There is nothing to be ashamed of when asking these questions. Just look around you and you’ll see lots of real “GUYS” asking about hair styling tips and techniques.

Manage Excess Hair Growth at the Salon – Oklahoma City

When you have excess hair growth, it feels like you’re the only one. In reality, however, lots of people have an overgrowth of hair in some area of the body. Indeed, whether you have an overgrowth of hair in an area where it doesn’t belong or just a normal amount of hair in areas that aren’t terribly flattering, your salon specialist can help you find the right technique to make you look your best. Believe it or not, managing excess hair growth is old hat for individuals who strive to make others beautiful. So don’t be shy! Talk to your cosmetologist about your hair removal options at the salon.

Wax-leaved Climber

Excess hair growth may be caused by genetics, the use of certain medications, or just hormones that are out of whack for one reason or another. If you have an overgrowth of hair in an area of the body and it seems abnormal, you may want to see your doctor before heading over to the salon. But once you’ve figured out the cause and you’re just trying to manage the effects, you’ll have several options available if you don’t want to spend the rest of all eternity shaving the hair: waxing, threading, laser hair removal, or electrolysis.

In order to avoid the scarring that’s possible with plucking hairs from areas that are overgrown, many people choose waxing. It’s easiest to go to a salon to use this method of hair removal. Doing is at home is painful and rather messy and often, self-waxers don’t end up with the great results that are possible with the help of a professional.

It’s commonly used by women to remove hair temporarily along the upper lip.
Threading is another salon-oriented hair removal method. It’s similar to plucking, but less traumatic to the surrounding tissues. Based on a traditional Indian method of removing hair, the string is knotted or twisted around hairs to pluck them out of the follicle, leaving behind a smooth, hairless look. The results, of course, are temporary, but aesthetically pleasing.

Waxing and threading are traditional methods of hair removal that are tried and true, but many people today are using high-tech means to achieve a clean, smooth appearance. Laser hair removal systems and electrolysis offer more permanent results than what’s possible with waxing or threading.

Laser hair removal emits a pulse of light that destroys the bulb of the hair. It’s important that those seeking this form of hair removal treatment select a technician or a doctor who is skilled at using the technique. The results are long-lasting, but there may be risks involved with the treatment.

By sending an electric current through the hair follicle, electrolysis treatments produce long-lasting results that cause hair to stop growing. A tiny needle must be inserted into each individual follicle and the electric current must then be applied. The process can be tedious and sometimes painful, the results are often worthwhile.

The Wedge Hair Cut Revisited – Oklahoma City Salon

Lots of women these days are sporting hair styles that have been recycled from the 1970’s or 1980’s. The wedge hair cut has a lot to offer women who want a medium length do that will flatter the face and be easy to fix every day. That’s why the wedge is making such a big come-back today. It’s the perfect combination of convenience and aesthetics for women on-the-go.

Victoria Beckham singing on pole
Victoria Beckham singing on pole (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

The wedge bears some resemblance to the inverted bob, which was re-introduced as a line bob, stacked, or angled bob in 2013. Both the wedge and the inverted bob have arrived back on the fashion scene due to its flattering appeal. Celebrities like Victoria Beckham, and Rihanna have pushed the thresholds of popularity for the inverted bob while Jenny McCarthy wears the wedge with flair. Nicole Richie has also amped up the popularity of the wedge using a glossy finish to give it a particularly polished look.

A super-straight wedge may not work for everyone, but some variation can be adapted to most heads of hair. A basic bob hair cut can be carefully designed to flatter curly, wavy, or straight hair and various face shapes. Some women may look better with bangs or extra length to the cut. The angle of the hairstyle is also important. A talented stylist may be able to provide you with advice to set you up with a wedge or bob that will be most flattering to your face.

Originally, the wedge was an adaptation of the bowl cut and women who wore it generally had naturally very straight hair. Dorothy Hamill, the Olympic figure-skater made the wedge haircut famous and popular in the 1970’s and since that time, it’s appeal has not really faded, though the styles have been recreated several times over. The key is to find a shape, length, and angle that is ideally suited to your face shape and hairstyling goals. Though there are some higher-maintenance wedge hair cuts on the market, women who are too busy to fuss over their hair can find a suitable cut that will style quickly and easily for their day-to-day beauty regimen.

Today’s wedge is a combination of that original bowl cut and other layered hairstyles that are related to the bob. By combining a variety of different and interesting elements into the modern-day wedge, stylists have been able to make this hair cut one of the most adaptive hairstyles available to today’s busy woman. A wedge can incorporate different textures of the hair to give it personality and make it ideally suited to the face shape. It’s an excellent choice for women who don’t want super-short hair, but also can’t take the time to deal with long hair either.

Fringes Are In – Oklahoma City Hair Stylist

Bangs are back and even though it may seem like you either have them or you don’t, the reality is, there are many different ways to create face-framing fringes that flatter. There are few women who can’t enjoy the benefits of bangs as long as they choose the style to fit their face shape. Taking a moment to consider the various types of fringes that can be applied to a hairstyle can make a big difference in the final results.

Long bangs that are swept off to the side are particularly versatile. These are not in-your-face bangs. Their presence is subtle and full of sex-appeal. This type of cut can flatter just about any face shape, hair texture, and length to provide a sexy look of mystery and intrigue. They’re cut to blend fluently with the rest of the hair and they’re long enough to tuck them behind the ear.

In contrast, thick, long bangs stand out as a major feature in some hairstyles. Straight out of the 1960’s, bangs that skim the upper edge of the eyebrow are perfect for girls with medium to super-thick hair. A strong set of bangs won’t look good on women who have a cowlick near the crown of the head, however, a woman with an oval-face can seemingly shorten her face shape using long, thick bangs to trick the eye.

Women with round or oval shaped faces who are trying to create a more balanced appearance can benefit from face-framing bangs. When cut to hit the face right at the corners of the eyes, more attention is drawn to the cheekbones and a woman’s eyes are highlighted. When styling, women tend to part these bangs down the middle to create symmetry and really accentuate the cheekbones and eyes.

Women who are trying to achieve a less formal, more laid back vibe, longer bangs that lightly brush the tops of the eyelids can add the perfect touch to just about any hairstyle. These bangs should look a little messy with a part in the middle perhaps. Women with just about any face shape can pull off the rocker-style fringes with that just-rolled-out-of-bed look. They’re sexy and easy-going with face-framing appeal as long as they’re given a tousle to create a thoroughly messed up appearance.

Finally, for women who aren’t brave enough to actually chop their locks and make the fringe commitment, there are clip-in bangs that look entirely natural as long as women take the time to-find a hair texture and color that matches their own. A stylist can custom color and even cut clip-in bangs into one of the styles described above. If you decide you absolutely love them, perhaps you’ll decide to go ahead and make a commitment and have bangs cut into your real hair after all.

Perming Your Hair: Should You or Shouldn’t You – Oklahoma City Hair Salon

It may be hard to believe, but perms are no longer considered out-of-style in today’s fashion world. Back in the 1980’s, perms were wildly popular, but often unbelievably damaging to the hair. Today’s perms, however, have changed and, it seems, women are more savvy about their hair. While a perm may look fabulous on some types of hair, women know that they’re not appropriate for every set of dreads out there. In the right hands, however, a perm can have striking results that will last up to a year.

Michael Jackson Perm Cut
Michael Jackson Perm Cut (Photo credit: Patrick Q)

A perm can give women hair that flatters their facial features with minimal morning effort. When the perm has been done properly, the wavy, curly look of a perm can soften a woman’s features. The body wave offers women a less striking change by creating soft waves rather than tight curls. Similar to a perm, it can create a certain softness around a woman’s face and add volume to the hair when it’s styled with a blow dryer. Ultimately, the best candidate for a perm or body wave is a woman who is intent on making noticeable textural changes to the hair. Often, the goal that many women are questing after is hair that requires less work to look good. In the right hands, a perm or body wave can do just that.

Unfortunately, however, women who have super-fine hair probably won’t reap the same benefits as women with other types of hair textures. Also, bleaching and highlights can predispose hair to breakage following a perm. If you’ve had some highlighting done on your hair and you really want a perm, consider growing it out. Most hair grows between ½ to 1 inch per month. Women who have had a perm within three months have the same conundrum. A perm over the top of a previous perm can have tragic results for hair.

Today’s perms start tight and slowly soften over time so that women can enjoy a variety of different textures as it grows out. A body wave may be more appropriate for women who are really concerned about the grow-out phase of a perm. Many women choose this option end up with remarkably natural looking results that blend in nicely with the rest of the hair as it grows out.

A great looking perm begins with a haircut that will flatter the face when the end result is unveiled. Women are encouraged to talk with their stylists about finding a look that is both modern and easy to maintain. When done properly, a perm can last up to one year with appropriate maintenance. Using high-quality moisturizing shampoos and conditioners, women can enjoy a completely new, yet healthy look to their hair that lasts and lasts.
